Production monitoring + maintenance

One platform. Your whole production in view.

Live production monitoring and preventive maintenance, from the data your machines already write.

Every cell, every work order, live

Status, progress, cycle time, downtime and quality in one shared view.

  1. 01 / 08

    Live cell status

Running, stopped, setup or out of contact, in the same colours everywhere.

  2. 02 / 08

    Work orders and machine queue

Plan each machine's queue and follow planned versus produced quantity.

  3. 03 / 08

    Cycle time against plan

Actual cycle time per mould cycle; red when over 2 % slower.

  4. 04 / 08

    Every stop has a reason

Operators log setup, cleaning, fault or waiting from cell control.

  5. 05 / 08

    Quality checks

Checks on the running job; rejects split into setup and run scrap.

  6. 06 / 08

    Utilisation and free capacity

Run time, shift time and free capacity per cell and shift.

  7. 07 / 08

    PDF reports

Work-order reports for the whole order, per day or per shift.

  8. 08 / 08

    Data from your loggers

Imports the CSV files your data loggers already write. No machine changes.

Smarter maintenance, stronger operations

Plan by calendar or real production; track orders, parts and tools together.

  1. 01

    Asset register per cell

Each asset with interval, duration, safety notes, parts and tools.

  2. 02

    Preventive plans

By calendar interval, or by strokes and pieces from production.

  3. 03

    Maintenance orders

Preventive, corrective, inspection and calibration orders with a clear status flow.

  4. 04

    Activity library

Reusable maintenance tasks with their parts and tools, shared across assets.

  5. 05

    Spare-part stock

Stock kept as a ledger of movements. It never goes negative.

  6. 06

    Tool management

Location, status and checkouts: see which tools are free.

  • Service by real useMaintain by strokes and pieces produced, not by guesswork.
  • Whole team, one viewPlanners, technicians and managers each handle their own status step.
  • Decide from dataDue-soon dates projected from the current production rate.
  • Complete historyEvery order keeps its status history, comments and attachments.

Production and maintenance see one cell

Start with monitoring and add maintenance when you are ready.

Counts drive the plan

Production counters raise maintenance orders when the interval is reached.

Never both at once

A cell is producing or under maintenance, never both.

One history per cell

Production, downtime, quality and maintenance stay with the same cell.

Benefits

Up and running in four steps

  1. 01

    We set up your workspace

Your own environment, with your cells and data loggers connected.

  2. 02

    Configure roles and settings

Roles, permissions, shifts per cell and your logo on reports.

  3. 03

    Import what you already have

Products, cells, tools and spare parts from Excel.

  4. 04

    We run the service

Used in the browser; we host it and keep it updated.

Questions, answered

What is Tuotera?

Tuotera is browser-based software for manufacturing that combines production monitoring (MES) and preventive maintenance. Monitoring shows the live status of every production cell and work order; maintenance plans and tracks maintenance orders, spare parts and tools.

Who is Tuotera for?

Tuotera is built for plants that run machine cells against work orders, such as plastic injection moulding. It serves production managers, planners, operators, quality inspectors and maintenance teams.

Do our machines need new hardware?

Usually not. Tuotera imports the CSV files your machines' data loggers write to an FTP server, so machines with loggers need no changes. If yours have none, contact us and we will go through the options.

How current is the data?

Changes made in Tuotera, such as starting a work order or logging an activity, appear on other screens immediately. Machine figures update as soon as each data logger's file arrives and has been checked as complete.

Does Tuotera calculate OEE?

Tuotera reports machine utilisation rather than a full OEE figure. The utilisation report shows run time, the span from first start to last stop, shift time and free capacity per cell and day, alongside cycle time against plan and rejects.

How is actual cycle time calculated?

Actual cycle time is the machine's run time divided by its mould cycles, the same unit as the planned cycle time. It shows green when at most 2 % slower than plan and red when slower than that.

Can maintenance follow production instead of the calendar?

Yes. Maintenance rules can use strokes or pieces counted by production monitoring, so an order is raised when an asset has actually produced its service interval. Calendar-based plans are supported too, and both are checked every 15 minutes.

Who controls access?

Your administrators do. Every function sits behind a permission, roles such as planner, operator or maintenance technician get only what they need, and every protected action is checked on the server.
